Hair Loss treatment

  • How many hair treatments and how often is this therapy needed?

While responses to treatment vary, most people will require 2-4 sessions. Each set of treatments are spaced approximately 4-6 weeks apart. There is no limit to the number of treatments you can have. Your practitioner will determine your treatment protocol according to your skin/ scalp condition.
  • What results can I expect from PRP Hair Loss treatments?

Mum Makeover

LoveShot for Women

  • I am over 65 -years-old, how will a vagina based PRP lift and LoveShot affect my body and sex life?

Many women over 65 have the LoveShot and get excellent results, both plumping out vaginal tissue and intensifying orgasms.
  • I very sensitive to pain, does the LoveShot hurt?

Typically painless, we numb the area with a cream, most women experience mild discomfort. The loveshot feels like a slight pinch or warm sensation.
  • What medical conditions in women can benefit from the LoveShot?

LoveShot has been known to help treat the following conditions:

    Low levels of Sexual Arousal

    Low sexual desire

Female Orgasmic Disorder, a condition that affects about 1 in 20 women in the US

Pain during sex not related to lack of lubrication

    Urinary incontinence

  • Can LoveShot increase my propensity to have vaginal orgasm?

Many women who had never previously experienced a vaginal orgasm experience them frequently after the LoveShot. The results vary for individual women.

LoveShot for Men

  • What is the Success rate?

From our experience the Priapus-Shot success rate is 60% with one treatment, increasing to 85-90% with a second treatment. It has been reported that 40% of men noticed 20% increase in length and girth of penis but in essence this is not the main indication of PRP penile injection. The main indication of PRP injection in the penis is better and much sustained erections. Patient report a ‘healthier organ’.
  • When will you start to see results?

Often results will be within 10 days, although it may take 3-6 weeks to start seeing changes and 3-6 months to reach full effect.
  • How soon after the shot can you have sexual intercourse?

As soon as the numbing cream wears off – usually within a few hours but preferably 24 hours.
  • Is the result reversible?

The results are known to last 12-18 months and is always advisable to receive a LoveShot after 12 months to maintain the results achieved.
  • Do you need to use the pump?

There is conflicting evidence around the benefit of using the pump after the LoveShot and in fact Dr Shenouda reports adverse effects after using the pump in some patients that he has treated. Dr Charles Rennels’, one of the pioneers in the field never recommended the pump as an additional beneficial tool.
  • What is the benefit of the 2nd visit? After how long from the 1st visit is it done?

The second LoveShot proved to have considerable effect in potentiating the effect of the PRP on erection. From our experience the LoveShot success rate is 60% with one treatment, increasing to 85-90% with a second treatment. The second shot is recommended after 4-6 weeks.
  • What Benefits Can a Man Have from the LoveShot?

    Stronger, firmer erections

Easier to achieve and maintain erections (i.e., improved sexual stamina)

    Increased penile length and girth

Improvement in or resolution of penile curvature from Peyronie’s Disease

Resolution of penile pain with erection

    Increased sensitivity in the penis

Better overall blood flow to the penis

  • How long before I see the results from the LoveShot?

The initial volume is from the combination of the platelets , the serum in the blood and all the activated growth factors in the plasma that are starting to release. Over the next three days some of the water is absorbed by the body. Then there is the growth of new tissue that continues for at least 12 weeks–bringing the volume back up to close to where it was with the initial injection.

Volume goes up IMMEDIATELY, then goes down slowly over the next three days, varying to individuals. In some, Growth can go  back to where it was with the initial injection or better.

  • How much growth can I expect?

10 to 20% increase in length and girth. An inch in length (a little more) and in girth was seen in the first two patients in the first month. Girth came first (with the injection), then length (with continued growth). Another patient wrote to me in a text, “One inch longer in girth and length and concrete!”
  • Where is the injection put?

Directly into the corpus cavernosum with a small needle, and into the head of the penis–almost exactly as those who use injections for erectile dysfunction.
  • What about scar tissue?

Men who inject 3 to 5 times a week over many years for treatment for erectile dysfunction, there is about a 10% incidence of scar tissue formation. This is with multiple injections for years. With this procedure, there is only one injection, so the chances of scar tissue should be almost nothing..
  • Does it hurt?

We use a lidocaine cream (a strong version of what you might find in a spray to kill the pain of sunburn). The pain is about the same as a normal shot to the buttocks, perhaps less.
